Reservations & Bookings
- All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
- Reservations are considered confirmed only after successful payment or receipt of the applicable booking advance.
- Guests must provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process.
- Incorrect information may result in cancellation of the booking without liability.
Pricing & Payments
- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes and government levies will be charged as per prevailing regulations.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment authorization.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed on the property.
- Only one pet is permitted per room.
- Pets are charged at ₹500 per night.
- Guests are requested to carry bedding, feeding bowls, and other necessary items for their pets.
- Owners are responsible for the behaviour, safety, and hygiene of their pets throughout their stay.
Campfire Policy
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external websites. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of such websites before providing personal information.
Children's Privacy
- Campfire facilities are available at an additional charge of ₹500.
- Campfire timings are between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, subject to weather conditions.
- Campfires are strictly prohibited after 9:00 PM in accordance with local Panchayat regulations.
- Management reserves the right to suspend campfire activities due to safety concerns or adverse weather.
General Property Policy
- Unmarried couples are not permitted.
- Hourly stays are not allowed.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory at check-in for all adult guests.
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow guests and staff.
- Any damage caused to property due to negligence or misconduct shall be charged to the guest.
Guest Conduct
Guests shall not:
- Engage in unlawful activities on the premises.
- Cause disturbance to other guests.
- Damage property or facilities.
- Use the property for commercial activities without prior approval.
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund in cases of policy violations.
Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
- Upload harmful software or malicious content
- Interfere with website security or functionality
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
Intellectual Property
