Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the same channel used for booking or by contacting our reservations team.
Refund Eligibility
More Than 14 Days Before Check-In
100% refund of the booking amount, excluding applicable payment gateway charges.
7 to 14 Days Before Check-In
50% refund of the booking amount.
Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In
No refund shall be provided.
No Show
Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be issued.
Booking Modifications
Requests to modify reservation dates or room categories are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
Force Majeure
Refunds arising from cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or circumstances beyond our control shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used during booking.
Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges, banking fees, and transaction fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
